What is your shipping policy?

We so very much appreciate every Crossroads Customer and that you have chosen to shop with us!  Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-3 business days in the States, depending on the destination. If you would like to have an item upgraded to expedited shipping please email us at shopcrossroadsmn@gmail.com and we will let you know the different cost options.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (Orders $75.00-$149.99): $12.50

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (Orders $150.00 and up): FREE

What is your Exchange Policy?

Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until we have received your return and issued you store credit. We do not issue cash refunds at this time.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day your purchase is delivered. Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, as well as makeup, deodorant, smoke and stain free and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Please mail these back to our location in a package or bag, if returning shoes please return the box undamaged and do not place a shipping label or tape on the box.

STORE CREDIT 

Once your return is received and inspected for acceptable conditions, then your refund will be processed to you as store credit. This will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card which will never expire and can be used toward any future purchase. Please allow 48 hours for store credit to be processed and emailed to you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you received the wrong item or a damaged item please call or email us for further assistance.

We can only refund your purchase back to original payment if items are defective, damaged. We are a small box store, doing the best we can to provide unique and good quality products for our customers. We will offer a refund if the product is damaged or we make a mistake regarding your order, all other returns will be issued as store credit.

How do I ship my return?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed in a second box to protect from further transport damage. 

 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

  • Please be aware we only process returns Monday-Friday. 
  • All items sent back to us that are ineligible for a return will be held until the customer pays another $9.00 shipping fee to have the item mailed back to them. 
  • Lost Packages: We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand once the package is in the hands of USPS Crossroads Clothing is not held responsible.
  • Please keep in mind we DO NOT COVER return shipping cost.
